  1. Nobody’s talking about how saquon gave himself up instead of getting the first which would’ve ended the game. Or If thibs doesn’t go offsides, the game was over

  2. Gano has been terrible since signing that extension and lost us the game.

Another classic Giants choke. Nobody can blow a game quite like the Giants.

  3. Love Saquon but his play is proof that a RB can not carry a team in todays league. For all his impact today, the Giants scored 10 points.

  4. jets spotted their own ball before OT. No one is talking about this. Dallas v 49ers, the ref has to touch it first

  5. So you have had a 34 year old, backup, injury prone mobile quarterback, starting for three weeks now, leaving your backup qb to be DeVito for 3 weeks up until this point? So it took three fucking weeks and nobody had a plan if Tyrod gets hurt? Really? Get the fucking guy involved in practice so if he has to come in you can trust him, you had 3 weeks to do it. Every staff member in the franchise needs to be held accountable for that

  6. How can you trust Gano anymore? Dude has got to go…I don’t care about how good he WAS. He isn’t anymore. He single handedly lost this game for the Giants…and he’s misses 6 FGs already this year. He’s washed up. I put 95% of the blame on him alone.

  7. Cannot emphasize this enough:

You can criticize Daboll for this game but if you legitimately want him fired, **you are an idiot**

  8. I wish nothing but unhappiness for everyone part of this organization for years to come.

  9. Graham Gano has a ruptured tendon in his plant leg. We sent this guy out there to kick field goals today. Organizational incompetence.

  10. Players are always gonna want to play no matter how hurt they are

Its part of their competitive nature

Its on the coaches to save them from themselves

  11. Avoided the score all day because I was out and just sat down to watch the highlights and WHAT THE FUCK?!

  12. There aren’t too many ways the giants could lose a game that would actually hurt at this point, but missing a chip shot field goal to seal a game is awfully close to being one of them

  13. I’m a Clemson fan. Both of my football teams are utter disappointments this year. And both of them have very good Defenses and very bad Offenses that can’t muster 2 TDs a game. If either could do that, they’d both be solid playoff contenders. Fuck football this year.

  14. This game was such a disgusting mess and doesn’t really tell us anything except DeVito has no trust from the coaches

Tyrod ‘s out for who knows how long, Jones is the only real option now so the QB controversy is pretty irrelevant. Gano had an awful day but I had no issue with going for what should have been an easy field goal at the end. No guarantee the Giants get the conversion and if they don’t, they are in the exact same position as a miss. That was a game where every single point was a premium, Id’ rather get the 3 points and force the also woeful Jets to drive the field for a TD, but the absolute worst outcome happened and then the defense shit the bed

  15. When I look at other teams playing it looks like a completely different game. Giants are truly awful.

  16. The delusion and hive mind from this sub is stunning. Gano made a 33 yard field goal and his PAT. He’s not too injured to make a 35 yard field goal. He missed it. If he makes that, jets have the ball with 20 seconds at their 25 down 6 with 0 timeouts, and Daboll won the game with no QB.

  17. This is on coaching staff 100%, specifically Daboll and Kafka.

DJ gets injured, Tyrod becomes QB1. We have no other QB2 beside DeVito. Okay. So logical thing is we get a lot of reps in with DeVito as everyone knows Tyrod is injury prone. Yet, we only JUST elevated him yesterday? AND we don’t have a single play that we can run confidently with him? It’s clear that they did not run any reps with DeVito and if they did, it was minimal and from the looks of it – pointless. If your Daboll, I’m not sure how you don’t give your only backup QB some things to work with.

Second, Gano has apparently been injured for a while, and we have continuously let him be on the field. The result: missed field goals. 6 I think on the season? Gano is one of the best kickers in the league but there is no way you can trust anyone with kicking with an injury. We should have signed someone OR just simply fucking gone for it.

Third, it’s 4th and 1. We have all runs the entire second half and your telling me you don’t trust the best offensive player on your team after finally getting healthy with 1 yard? I mean, he had already ran through for a couple first downs. And you instead trust a chip shot to an injured kicker in the rain? I like my chances the first option.

Fourth, going back to one, we passed in OT – 3 screen passes? How is that any better than running 3 times in a row? Again, not a single play for DeVito practiced?

This was a completely INEPT and PATHETIC job by Daboll. These are the things losing coaches do. Do I want Daboll fired? No. However, he has severely regressed since last year and I’m not sure why.

The only credit I can give is to Wink who has done an EXCELLENT job at rallying his defense to an outstanding performance 3 games in a row. Whatever he’s done, it’s working.

  18. Truthfully, nothing really matters when your team is averaging 11.8 points a game.

It’s truly a miracle we have any wins at all this season.

  19. Probably for the best. If DeVito is starting next week there’s no reason to win, nothing worse than a 5-win season where you pick 8th.

“Let him throw it” is an all-time chant. Calling a draw play right after it is a mind bogglingly bad play call.

Take Marvin Harrison, draft O line with every other pick, idk wtf to do about QB.

  20. I hope Daboll wears a paper bag on his head the rest of the year. Can stand looking at his face anymore

  21. The plan going forward should be to continue to develop the defense, they’re been baling out lately and showing lots of promise. Offense needs a complete overhaul this offseason. Get rid of any expiring contracts besides maybe Barkley for picks, and just draft offense offense offense. Especially the QB, if we’re in the spot for Williams or Maye we take them. And at the very minimum, fire Kafka and Johnson.

  22. People need to take a breather, our team had to use a practice squad qb with minimal prep and they lost in OT.

The defense played really well (again), and are playing better every week.

The offensive line was once again better.

It sucks to lose, but Drake Maye is a real possibility for our future. An upgrade at qb, will transform this team.

  23. Obviously Giants couldn’t pass or kick field goals this game.

Saquon Barkley had what I assume is a career high 39 touches. He had 138 yards combined on an insane 39 touches. They are going to break Barkley
