  1. At least the fans in the blender got to see Steph play.

Edit: Unlike a certain guy who wears #14.

  2. Early herb fouls sucked. 3s sucked. Some GARBAGE calls especially in the 3rd to kill the game sucked. Rebounds sucked ass.

  3. I don’t know how else to do it considering who was available, but you can’t play Kira and Dyson at the same time.

  4. Welcome to the league Hawkins. The warriors and Curry are one of the dirtiest team out there

  5. maybe bally sports did a good thing by not letting me watch the game

just kidding. i’m still fucking pissed.

  6. Games like these really show how much we cannot have JV on the roster if we sticking with this core, he’s to immobile and doesn’t pair well with Zion, Zion isn’t good defensively we just have to live with that, but if we had a more switchable big who could space out like Wendell carter I think this would go a long way to solving those problems.

Edit: if people wanna downvote this please give me an alternative? Or tell me why, seems some of you got your head in the sand

  7. Pels looked so disorganized and lazy on defense especially on the glass. No hustle, no boxing out, just scrambling and playing catch up to find the open man.

The team already looked sloppy but the refs preference towards the warriors really snuffed out their fire in the 3rd.

Zion needs to be hungrier to lead and dominate. His effort is lackluster on most plays. If he played like he needed to hustle to be out there he’d be a sure fire mvp candidate. He’s so talented that despite his effort/focus he still could be.

Jose’s intensity and ferocity was missed. If he was in the 3rd I don’t see us losing our passion like that.

On the bright side Hawkins looked good and he’s definitely more athletic than advertised

  8. Every time they play the (real)Warriors they always look like they’re on a totally different level. There’s changes that I’ve been wanting to be made to this team, and I just don’t see how DG can just constantly yada yada his way to keeping it the same.
First thing you have to do is find someway to upgrade the center position, because JV just isn’t it against the better teams in the NBA.

  9. Every game BI misses has huge implications for the playoffs. Remember how thin the line was between the 6th, 7th and 8th seeds last season? I’m done defending BI. He’s my favorite player in the league, but they have to find out why he’s missing so many games. The season just started. Pels had one of the lightest schedules so far, with 2 days off between the first few games, and BI’s knees are already cooked? He literally had a month to rest prior to this, and he’s already hurt? What the hell is going on with the medical staff and our players sitting out significant games?

  10. Well that sucked.

Just too many injuries to overcome some very shitty officiating, and Steph being Steph

  11. Mind-blowing difference in rebounds. The Dubs play as small as the Pels – still worked them on the boards. Zion plays as if he never heard of boxing out. When he gets a defensive rebound it’s an accident.

We’ll know Zion is serious about competing for a championship when he starts working the defensive boards.

  12. Game was over when BI was a late scratch. Just too many dudes missing already 3 games into the fucking season. Please just let this knee sorness not turn into a reevaluate in 2 weeks into 2 months into post all star break.

  13. If Hawk was told he was starting 45 mins before the game, that would mean that BI felt something during warmups or shoot around

Jose got hurt playing with fans in China, Trey got hurt being active all summer.

KD got hurt during shoot around last year and missed the end of last season

I was pissed as anybody, but the last thing we need is anything major. Get healthy and let’s dominate

  14. Too many guys on the team who does not care about rebounds. Zion the best example. He is a good defender but does not care at all about rebounds.

  15. JV cannot play next to Zion so he should not start
Nance is physically done as of right now.
    Trey is a bad rebounder.
BI may be the worst defensive player on the team by a big margin and CJ is small and a PG. Herb is a good rebounder I guees

I dont see an easy fix for the rebounds issue. The best rebounder apart from JV may be Dyson, who is a PG.

They a need rebounding machine with some type of spacing, at least a mid range game. Difficult to get. I would love to get Robert Williams but he is way too injured

  16. The coaching staff does not believe in JV at all yet he has to start because Nance is cooked and undersized.

It is time to hit the button, put some picks in the table and trade Jonas and Kira and picks for some rebounding center with upside. I would take my chances on Robert Williams.
