Idk why people are envious of the Raiders. Dysfunctional franchises have high turnover rates of head coaches and GMs.
Firing your current dumbass head coach doesn’t guarantee success because the next guy could be worse. We’ve seen this time and time again with the Broncos and the Raiders, hell even our own team.
I’d rather Staley figure things out and bring us success instead of a regime change and another restart. He’s done a lot of dumb shit and has a god awful pass defense currently, but as we can see when we look around the league things could be much much worse

If the Chargers lost to the worst team in football that doesn’t even have a QB, we would’ve had this happen first. My fear is that ownership is going to overvalue that W instead of pulling the plug. On the flip side, maybe they just needed a team to beat the crap out of so they can finally get on track.
i feel like it’s just normal to always split with the raiders and broncos .. we’ll never be a true threat to the chiefs until we sweep the blrkncos and raiders .. every year we always beat them them first time then they win the second time .. please sweep these ass holes this year ..
