Im sorry what?
Becoming increasingly hard to deny that this organization is in a really, really, REALLY terrible spot. Thank god they committed a combined $468M to Xander Bogaerts, Jake Cronenworth, and Yu Darvish *checks notes* **LITERALLY JUST THIS PAST FUCKING OFFSEASON**
😮💨
The Xander signing still is so dang confusing to me.
Rome wasn’t built in a day but it can certainly come crumbling down pretty quickly.
This is AFTER an absolute record breaking year for attendance and apparel sales. Is this franchise mega fucked? Is the lack of TV contract the big issue? What is happening?
Well yeah they messed last year with all these unnecessary signings and extensions. Manny and Crone extension should have at the minimum wait until after the ASG. Bet they wouldn’t have done those extensions.
As an accountant this is not good!
It would be great if we could go a month without an embarrassing story about the Padres coming out.
