  1. Wondering if the negative fan reception influenced this… or if they just didn’t have their shit together to finish this before season start

I wouldn’t be surprised by either

  2. I like how JPat says “A select group of Canucks Twitter…” Like I’m pretty sure no fans, or the players more importantly liked this.

  3. I was saying the other day they should have put boards and glass there to separate the players from those filthy animals.

But it would also be a cool aesthetic to have literal hockey boards there.

  4. Imagine a player goes down the tunnel super frustrated from events during play and whacks his stick onto the glass and it shatters.

  5. I overheard some dude talking about selling single tickets for 10k/game. Is that what these are going for? I couldn’t imagine any regular seats selling for that much.

  6. The Richie riches probably complained about the smell of sweaty hockey players and gear ruining their dinner.

  7. is there a thread for those ootl about prior complaints?

i’m gathering from the comments here that the players and diners will be separated with glass now?

why would diners be happy to hear that, id rather be able to bump a fist or something.

  8. I watched the buffalo game on the weekend.

They only had those velvet rope type things as a divider and it was full of kids getting high fives from the players.

  9. I can see someone bankrolling Langley Tim Hortons Poop Lady™ to do her thing. Thank god this could be avoided.
