  1. Not only has it been since 91’ since the last championship, it has been since 91’ since the last APPEARANCE

  2. We’ve held it for a while*

Edit: Yeah I said the word “now.” I’m tired, I had surgery this week. Slip of the tongue. Thanks for continuing to make comments correcting it when I immediately made the comment here.

    Sheesh. 🙄

Comment below politely laid out the facts.

  3. Odd way to phrase this, Buffalo and San Diego haze massive droughts as well but they’ve never won

  4. We finally won something. We are the best at not winning Championships!!! Minnesota sports let us down so much they didn’t let us down.

  5. It’s crazy to me that Seattle isn’t on a list of cities with at least four of the major men’s sports teams. Hopefully the NBA expands in a few years and bring the Supersonics back to Seattle.

  6. New York being so high up is crazy given their big market advantage and them having double the number of teams as the rest

  7. I mean MSP would hold it no matter if the rangers won or lost… The Cowboys won the Super Bowl in 1995.

The Mavs won a title and so did the Stars

  8. What’s even more sad is that there’s a chance the Coyotes could relocate in the next few years, meaning Phoenix would not longer be on the list and the gap between us and the next lowest would be even bigger…

  9. We already held this title, the Rangers winning didn’t change that. Mavericks won the NBA title in 2011.

What we do now own: The Texas Rangers were the oldest pro sports franchise to have never won a championship. That designation now goes to the Minnesota Vikings.

  10. Too bad people slept on enjoying the Lynx dynasty as not elevating of the area.

Cause this means meh to me and non news.

Don’t get me wrong, bummed Twins and the Wolves haven’t won, but still.

  11. Yeah. The Vikings got absolutely robbed in 2009. And Gary Anderson’s missed field goal in 1998 is one of the most devastating loses ever.
