This is just a left handed relief pitcher signing, I’d expect this to be in place of like the brad hand signing from a year or so ago.
ERA: 5.95 in 42.1 innings of play however that ERA is the highest of his career (minus two games for Boston in 2018 before being traded to Tampa and getting shelled at Fenway to an ERA of 13).
Even just last year his ERA in 61 innings was 2.80 so maybe he could even be like a Brent suter type for us this year? Here’s to hoping

Fastball-changeup lefty, has a solid slider he could probably throw a bit more. Mid 90s from a lefty is all but a guarantee of consistent MLB opportunities, and Beeks is one of those guys. They probably feel like Evan Justice is still a bit green and don’t wanna stress test him as the lone lefty in the pen.
