  1. I’ve had the pleasure of watching two games in the box with B Mitch, back when I was in college, just an all around wonderful guy! He let me hold his super bowl ring (which was huge btw), and I brought all my buddies along and we all had a blast. Forever grateful to him for that!

  2. BMitch was a great player, and belongs in the HOF. Over 23,000 total yards, over 14,000 of which were kick return yards (NFL record) and almost 5k punt return yards (Also NFL record), 29 touchdowns. He even played QB in the body bag game.

  3. What I like most about him is he would talk shit to any single person in the NFL, no matter how high they towered over him or how massively wide they were compared to him.

An elite level trash talker- who backed it up with performance and then talked even more trash.

  4. I’ve got a signed copy of this card! My mom wrote him a letter when I was a kid, asking for his signature for my birthday, but she neglected to include a card or photo for him to sign. So he just grabbed one of these cards from his own collection, presumably, and sent it back. Made my day. Class act.

  5. My favorite play from Mitchell was when he juked the heck out of Atwater(I think) with the fake lateral pass during a long run. It may have ben a kick return play, been so long I don’t remember. But helluva a play and hilarious. I think of that play every time Mitchell is mentioned anywhere.
