This is probably exaggerating a little, but this is reminding me of when Palmer went down in that Pittsburg game. Maybe not as painful, but it certainly sucks.

Well this off season is a wakeup call for the organization. It’s clear what needs fixed.
Said this in the game thread, but if the NFL or NFLPA cared even the tiniest bit about player safety, there is no way they would allow TNF. 3 days rest in this physical of a sport will always incur more injuries than a full week. It’s only about the money.

Season focus should just be getting new guys some reps and keeping everyone healthy for next year

Vikings fan here, donāt give up hope. When KC went down I genuinely thought our season was over. Thought we wouldnāt win another game. Then our savior Josh Dobbs came in. Anything can happen in this league. And Joey B has a long career in Cincinnati ahead of him.
This is what happens when you build a team that is so dependent on a single player. Joe is awesome, but you canāt put a whole franchise on his shoulders and expect him to cover up so many issues.
Look at the Ravens last year and Browns this year, even without their starting QBs they were/are still competitive because they have strong running games, defenses and line play. We lose Joe and we are in shambles. Our defense is so bad and by far the worst in the North. š
And the NFL gets collectively more shitty as yet another team will be trotting out an over matched shitty quarterback for several games.
Let burrow sit toll next year fire every coach we git get new ones draft a good linemen in the draft come back next season

Honestly, Browning looked really good, but the real killers in the game were the refs and Zac Taylor. If I had to choose between starting Browning, but ZT doesn’t call the plays or starting Burrow and ZT continues to call the plays, I’d choose the first choice. Losing Burrow is a massive blow, but it still somehow doesn’t hurt this team as much as Zac Taylor. Browning is a solid backup and he has more than enough talent around him to thrive as a game managing system QB. Unfortunately, if even a QB at the level of Joe Burrow can’t overcome Zac Taylor, what hope does Browning have?
