I won’t do anything too dramatic because it is just a game. But if the Pistons trade Ivey I will kms.
I’d rather have Ivey than Lavine. I really believe he’ll be a better player once he hits his prime, and one of the best players of that draft.
I’d settle for a floor spacer that can play some defense. Lavine can’t do both…

Not only does he have a lot of potential but he also loves it here and wants to be a piston for life. Why on earth would we trade him in his sophomore year?
Per 36, Ivey is neck and neck with Lazvine this season in box score stats, and has a higher TS%.
Ivey is a much better creator for others. They both aren’t good at defense but LaVine is only going to get worse.
It makes zero sense to do this trade. They’re going to trend in opposite directions and I’d put money on Ivey being the better player by the end of next season if not sooner.
