  1. Really fucking bad. They aren’t a bad team, they’re good even without Ja but like they seem like theyre in a mental tailspin. They bailed on Brooks (turned on him hard) and don’t have their center or their star PG. I hope we can win this coz it looks like clips may fuck us up 2 straight games next week

  2. I’ll feel like we are not even 15 games in, with a generation defining rookie. This is going to take time. The pieces are not fully in place yet. Trust in Pop!

  3. If Devin doesn’t play I won’t feel bad at all. If Devin does play I won’t feel bad at all. All of these learning losses only lead to a better draft pick.

  4. We’re on a back to back and who knows if Devin and Tre will play so we will probably lose

  5. Well let’s put it this way. The grizzlies are betting FAVORITES in this game right now. Despite all the guys they have out and their record. If that doesn’t tell you what the general consensus is of this young Spurs team, think nothing will

We should keep our expectations in regards to results. Very grounded for a bit

I’ll be a heck of a lot more interested in how the game goes then the result. If we come out and we play good basketball, the grizzlies also play good basketball, and we end up losing a competitive game. I won’t really care. I mean I would love a win. This team really really could use a win. But I don’t think we’re at this stage development-wise where any game should be viewed as something we SHOULD win. We’re quite frankly not good enough to have those expectations. As fans, I think we should demand to see the team improving, and playing hard and everything else will work itself out

If we get run out of the gym by one of the worst teams in the league because we’re not defending, taking poor shots, and doing unforced turnovers… Then yeah I’ll be pretty damn frustrated

  6. Eh, their PG situation is worse than ours somehow. But they’re still an NBA team, and Bane is the most polished player on either team right now, so it’s not like a loss would be so shocking. As long as the boys show determination and play *together* I can live with the result – much like last night.

  7. Not worried rn… Spurs are young and have heart. If they play better then it’s growth to me, I look forward to seeing the development.
