Yup, the lack of fouls one way and bad calls the other definitely cost them.
Green got blocked after driving in on 2 defenders, one being PG who got the block. No excuse to do that w 19 sec on the clock and you can get it down to 57 sec, up3. FVV dribbling it out and shooting a last sec 3 shoulda been the play. Instead down 1 with 1:08 after they score off the block.
