Wow i stopped watching bears games for my mental health a couple years ago but am still subbed here…I haven’t seen ANY highlights from this game…. But from seeing this thread, i don’t have to. I already know what happened.. because being a bears fan is like being in the movie GROUNDHOGS DAY.
I started laughing so hard it turned into a coughing fit. I think this game gave me lung cancer.

At least a percentage of our problem is culture. It’s up to the coach to instill that. This team does not know how to close out games. I’m sure every single one of us thought there was still a decent chance we would lose this game when we were up 26-14 with just a few minutes to go. If we felt that way, you know the players felt that way too. That all falls back on coaching.
I don’t mean this as a joke, but I am actually surprised it was that high. Two TD’s in 4 minutes with all their timeouts against a poor pass defense feels like more than a 2% chance.
