  1. Predictable since he’s a repeat offender. Maybe they reduce it after an appeal but this will really hurt if Locke isn’t good to go for next week

  2. We can probably survive the Browns without some extra safety depth, but we’re gonna die against the Texans if Locke isn’t back by then

  3. This fucking dude. See you KJax. You will unfortunately be remembered as a dirty player and honestly, you earned it.

  4. Rough but unsurprising. Knew this would happen as soon as I saw the replay. It’s tough since he’s a very solid player and PJ Locke is hurt. Need Turner-Yell to step up.

  5. The only reason I don’t like this play is because it’s dangerous for the defender – I don’t want to see someone break their neck

The hits this year, minus the one against the Washington TE, fall into what seems like a football play to me. My opinion doesn’t matter. However, defenders being required to let up against the offense and allow them to get additional yardage/1st downs etc doesn’t make sense to me. If you’re not hitting them in the head I don’t think it should be a penalty

  6. Wasn’t even flagged on the play and the NFL suspends him 4 games for that shit. What a goddamn joke.

Hope you guys enjoyed it while it lasted because we will never see a hard-hitting safety ever again.

  7. KJax would be one of the most popular players in the entire league if he played 20 years ago. It’s a shame but it’s obvious he fundamentally cannot stop launching himself like a fucking torpedo.

  8. It’s definitely time to move on from K Jax. That hit could have easily cost us the game if the refs weren’t idiots

  9. Sucks because it was an innocent hit. Guess it’s like hockey where you don’t get any leeway once you have a history

  10. KJack is one of the last of a dying breed of hard-hitting safeties like Kam Chancellor, Ed Reed, Sean Taylor. They love to glorify them historical but the safety risk in the modern game means their getting quickly phased out, and KJack is probably next out.

  11. Knew it from the moment they showed the replay. Dude couldn’t help himself and now hurt the team with this momentum.

    That hit was indefensible.

  12. I was taught to see what I hit and head up in middle and high school. One game I lowered my head and made a tackle and felt my neck compress. Never again did I try that crap.

  13. Good grief. He learned nothing and we CANNOT function with Turner-Yell. He’s horrible. Get well PJ!!!

  14. What a joke, the league has gotten so soft and I’m surprised so many nfl fans are supporting it. Certainly with the rule changes a few years back a flag could have been thrown and probably should have been, but to get suspended 4 games for a hit to the CHEST on a RUNNER is ridiculous to me. Maybe im out of the loop lately but ive never seen that when it’s not a blatant helmet to helmet. I feel bad for defensive players in this nfl.

  15. He’s good but he can’t keep doing this. Especially since it was basically the first play he was in coming back. Surprised he’s not officially cut

  16. Weird that this is a continuing issue on a team coached by the only guy ever suspended by the league for this type of play. Odd.

  17. Are they gonna fine or suspend the refs that missed the call on this egregious affront to player safety?

  18. It’s kinda sad to see how people react to the hits. Yes it’s unsafe but hits like this were normal 5-6 years ago.

I hope he can come back in week 15-18 and help us in the playoffs push

  19. Part of me thinks it’s time to release him. But I’m also worried it would make some players mad
