He’s not a 1st ballot guy, but if he doesn’t get in ima be pissed.
I dont give a shit what the stats and advanced analytics say. Put him in. Im not even here to have a discussion (not with most of you, i mean the baseball writers) so dont give me stats and comps. Hes in or we overhaul this entire process.
He’d get in if not for the slide against the Mets in the playoffs. The NY media will absolutely hold that against him, even though it was a legal slide. Oh and he was safe too.
