Obviously we didn’t know that the Grizzlies would be this bad, but I remember the reactions when our group first dropped people said we had no chance and we’ve done this lmao
Just curious who would we be facing in the knockout stages? Is it the wild card team (#4) from the West, then the winner facing the winner of #2 v #3 in the West?
People will downplay it if the Lakers win. Like the bubble

I think LeBron is going extra hard in these – while some might not care he knows the NBA is gonna include it in his career accolades, especially with as much as they want to make it a thing.

Imagine if this tournament catches on and in 15-20 years all commentators talk about is Lebron winning the first one after the scoring title has been clinched.

I would absolutely love for us to win the first in season tournament
We have to win the first one, it’s the quickest way for the NBA to cement this tournament as something to follow if the Lakers are the ones to do it, ESPECIALLY IF ITS AGAINST THE CELTICS. I feel like no other fanbase/franchise truly loves winning as much as the Lakers/Celtics do so you know we won’t fuckin shut up and this tourney will be all over social media if we win it lmfao
This in season tournament should be used as Motivation for the Lakers to win banner 18 come June.
