[Thiago] Thought Sixers got good to great looks late vs Cavs on shots that generally go in. Early, but Embiid + Maxey are a combined 8-27 (0-10 from 3) and a -50 in CLUTCH this year (only 1 TO)

  1. So basically they are taking care of the ball, getting decent shots that usually go in, I mean eventually the shots will fall. Not turning the ball over goes a long way.

  2. It almost feels like the court is draining them of their energy. I turned on the game in the fourth quarter and the first thing I said was embiid looks gassed.

  3. Wanted to share this same tweet but didn’t know how LMAO.

Which brings to me to this question. I ask this, with good faith – do the Sixers need a closer à la Jimmy Butler?

I ask this, not because of last night specifically, but because there are certain teams that we know for sure the Sixers will face both in the regular season and playoffs such as the Celtics who have the personnel to defend every set the Sixers run, namely the Embiid-Maxey PnR
