FYI Strategy Analyst is a fancy term for someone who watches and cuts film for coaches.
Can’t speak so much on the title of “Director of player personnel”, but he’s been working for the team for much longer so it might be a realistic timeline despite the nepotism on the face of it.

The part that bothers me isn’t the nepotism exactly, seems like he has the credentials to have a business/marketing role for the Pistons. But director of player personnel?
