The only thing an NBA player can do just once to get suspended is criticize China
I read the relevant CBA exhibit, this seems like the kind of thing the NBA would put a player on administrative leave for, pending the investigation. They prob have about an hour left to do that before this game. I would be surprised if they don’t do that. I’m surprised already though.

Seems like the organization isn’t feeling like there is much to the allegations at the moment after seeing Mark’s full statement. He says with the info available to them at the moment they feel good, and I do absolutely believe the org has MUCH more insight into this than the internet sleuths
I’ll trust the org for now, but if worst case scenario happens to come true eventually, I’ll feel really dirty about letting him play today. We’ll just have to see how everything plays out, I hate this shit man

I still just don’t understand how this is even possible. If the truth is as bad the allegations suggest: Like how did 1) Giddey not know any better and 2) nobody on the team or in the org knew about this and didn’t give guidance?
