After today I just think the NFL is fixed.
I thought people saying that were conspiracy theorists but honestly I’ve seen this happen too many times. There’s no other viable explanation for it.
NFL advertises gambling, and you routinely see the most egregious calls/no calls. Refs are never reviewed, reprimanded, or from what I can tell, regulated in any way.
I think the NFL has just found a free money loophole. It will never get any better, because they don’t want it to.
We could have AI refs tomorrow that are more reliable and accurate, and more important, impartial – but it will never happen. They WANT refs to have agency over the game. It’s by design and will remain so.
