When you have a 7'4 and make him play like Mj or Kobe coz he can. But the fact that he is 7'4 and if can play posts. The rebound and perimeter defense is guarded all the time. But i guess NBA nowadays is different.

Wemby needs 30 – 40 pounds of muscle. Then he can learn the art of the deep post up. If he practiced and mastered the old school hook shot, no one would really be able to stop him. Post up with the turn around up fake, then under move.. It would be something to see.

7:22 Wemby does not dive straight to the basket because this team does not know how to get him the ball, so even Wemby does not know what to do. Pop needs to step in soon and stop letting this team do whatever they want. The ball needs to run through Wemby's hands each play.
How can they be worse with Wemby this year than last year. Last year they were 6-16 after November, now all they got is 3 wins. I also can't believe the difference Holmgren is making for OKC, they at the top of the win standings.
If you take a look at the Spurs back in their glory days their players were historically known for being well rounded and technically sound. I believe that there is a method to Pops madness. I think Pop is having his guys play unconventional positions to make them more well rounded players. As a result of gaining experience in unconventional positions they’ll lose games. Resulting in losing a good amount of games and being in a better position in next years draft for the point guard they need.
