[Suek] Should the Browns go 3-3 the rest of the way (with wins against the Bears, Jets and Bengals), they would have around an 85% probability of making the playoffs. Obviously, a lot hinges on the health of key players (Garrett, Cooper, Ward, etc.)

  1. They arnt winning 10 games probably. Sorry but they are too injured. They dont have competent enough pieces for a nfl level offense. As soon as dtr makes some strides he gets hit and now its joe flacco. They cant catch a fucking break.

If im ab depending on myles mri im planning next seasons roster. Gotta go get a wr 2 in free agency this wr room sucks.

  2. I’ve seen a lot of this week is must win, and it would help a lot don’t get me wrong, but the bengals is a more important win at 10-7 (assuming we beat jets and bears) than the Rams. It’s still too early to really hone in on who to cheer against, but it’s likely the colts/texans/broncos. Given their schedule and that they have the tiebreaker over us, the Steelers are kind of irrelevant for our playoff hopes unless they drop some games they should win.

  3. I just wanna make the playoffs. I obviously wanna win some in the post season but the playoffs is a good win to hopefully fuel some players for next year.

  4. It’s just extremely hard to get excited with the state of injuries. Any win would feel miraculous and every loss expected. Just too many key pieces missing. And counting. If they make the playoffs that’s awesome, I still support them 100%. But it just feels like we’re on pace for another “next year is the year”

The biggest thing this year is now knowing that Stefanski is the guy. The defense is amazing. And with a healthy Watson and Chubb we’re gonna be a force. There’s not much we need to address in the off season. Even the ST is elite.

I fucking hate injuries. Makes it so hard to invest in football. We’d be 10-1 probably if we were just a little healthier. I’m not even a doomer. Just trying to be realistic.

    Go Browns.

  5. Honestly, beating the Rams isn’t really a necessity.

I would let **ALL** of our banged up starters all rest against them just to be safe.

That Rams offense is hot right now anyway, beating them on the road is going to be a tall order even with Ward and Garrett playing.

We have to take care of the Bears at home.

Split with the Jags and Texans and then beat the Jets.

Maybe the win against the Jets is a clinching scenario and the Bengals game isn’t a must win and we can rest some banged up starters again.

That would be the ideal scenario IMHO.

  6. This is what I thought. Granted there are no forgone conclusions, but those three games are extremely winnable. Get a win from Rams/Jags/Texans series. Go 4-2 down the road and finish 11-6. Oddly enough, I think Jags game is best chance given it’s at home.

  7. Win 1 of rams/jags/texans beat the three bad teams. That simple. If you’re not beating the three bad teams at the end of the year you should not be considering playoffs.
