[Tim Kawakami] Ha, just got Next Question’d by Klay Thompson at his post-practice presser. Whether it was mostly a bad mood or he REALLY didn’t like my line of questioning about Kerr staying with his main guys through some bumpy times, it was interesting and all good by me.

Lollll good for Klay. I’m willing to be it was a you thing, TK. What is that kind of question doing being posed to anyone but Steve to begin with?

  1. “He’ll stay with the old guys, but yank the younger players when they make a single mistake”
I see that a lot on other Warrior subs.

  2. Unpopular opinion but the reason nba reporters are so boring is they get shamed by fans and players for asking anything vaguely insightful

  3. Don’t understand his “holy crusade” on twitter. He just explodes at and blocks people for the most meaningless shit then plays the victim.

  4. Klay so sensitive, he said he doesn’t care but he know he’s been playing like ass. TK asked a valid question that didn’t even allude to benching and klay just took it there because its on his conscious

  5. What’s wrong with the question? Lmao. Ego gonna hurt this team sooner rather than later. And it’s a damn shame cuz Steph really is the perfect teammate and superstar

  6. Yeah it’s definitely on Klay who has given what, 3 or less next questions in his career and not you Tim, who has gotten next questioned about 85 fucking times.

  7. “All good by me.” Not really. If that was true, he wouldn’t have bothered to tweet about it.

  8. even if it was not a deliberately inflammatory line of questioning – it is, but even if it was not – “how do you sense and appreciate your coach’s patience” is a completely idiotic question to ask somebody. TK is a clown. one of the worst figures in bay area sports.

imo it would literally be a better question to ask “do you think you should get benched” – at least that question makes a goddam lick of sense

  9. The amount of people shitting on TK (sure he kinda sucks) for his question is hilarious. Watch the video, it was tame and Klay was 100% caught in his feelings. I’m pulling for Klay and Wiggs to step up as the season progresses but there’s an unhealthy amount of copium in this sub
