Yoshinobu Yamamoto has been named the MVP in Japan for the third straight year He joins Japanese Hall of Famers Ichiro Suzuki (1994-96) and Hisashi Yamada (1976-78) as the only players to win MVP three years in a row. No pitcher (NPB) has ever captured three consecutive Triple Crowns…Until now

* 1x WBC Champion
* 1x Premier12 Champion
