Got it today. Started a return and there is no option for this error and they want to charge me $9.99 to refund it. Pathetic.
I think someone else here had a similar experience. As fast as they’re rolling them off the production line I guess QA has gone out the window.
This honestly looks like all of my triple stitched Rangers hats. They center the logo based on the full width which includes the shadowing on the right so they always look skewed left.
Maybe it’s a few millimeters off of the ideal spot, but I’d still keep that hat.
Clearly they are *pumping* out these bad boys after our glorious post season run.
The entire logo IS centered. Measure it. Problem is the eye is lazy and drawn to white space and it appears to be off-center because we want the white to be in the direct middle but it’s not. So the only way to make them “look” right is to have them skewed to the right a bit and I’d bet that throws some other things off.
Those are like 40 bucks too. What a rip off!!! 😤I wanted to get my dad one for Christmas since it seemed like they would be better quality with that price tag!
That’s how it’s supposed to look. The real official hats center the “back T” and the “front T” sticks out to the left to give the illusion of being 3D.
New Era is honestly terrible. I can’t order them online because their sizing is never consistent. sometimes I’m a 7 5/8 and sometimes I’m a 7 3/4. According to NE, “hats are handmade and some variance in sizing exists”.
Mine arrived today. It is off center but vertical (not crooked). I never would have noticed if not for this post lol.
I bought a tan world series championship hat 3 times and my T is still off centered
You didn’t buy the hat from a legit site. So stop falling for Chinese knock offs.
Send it back. I got a postseason patch hat just like that. I did a store credit refund and they refunded it when I sent it back to them at no cost shipping.
