1. compensation is for a 5th round pick. So clearly they’re doing something to get Bedard a little more help in wake of the Corey Perry stuff.

2. Might be the craziest day to be a Hawks fan in a long time

3. The “days since last incident” board needs to stop being erased so frequently.

4. 5th rounder is pretty cheap for a player. But this was clearly a cap dump for Vancouver so doesn’t that usually mean we are the ones that should receive compensation? Lol should have at least pushed it to a 6th rounder

5. Always liked Beauvillier when he was with the Isles. Definitely don’t hate it for a 5th round pick.

   Never bad to add another veteran into the mix considering Perry & Hall are gone
