1. Well, people will blame the atrophy of AD’s shot-making on us not having a quality center to save him from the bruising of carrying the defence night in, night out.

   Frankly, I think they have a point. However, I don’t think the front office has any intention of spending the team’s very limited assets on a true center to find out. AD would have to improve his shooting first. Quite a catch-22.

   Oh, and Ham sucks.

   Plus the things they mention about our offense is alarming and painful (also coaching staff has been poo poo)

   They said it was the worse game plan off the year

   They say AD needs to (has) to take more shots during the regular season. Mid range , 3 pointers any. If he doesn’t take them his skills would eventually atrophy and he won’t be able to take and make them when needed (playoffs)

5. What happened to AD taking threes this season

6. There’s just no way we are gonna win a championship if AD just becomes a Bam Adebayo type of scorer. We don’t got enough offense on the team to make up for that.

8. Its really sad to see the player AD has become from his last couple seasons in new Orleans to now. Went from a dynamic hyper athletic big wing that could do anything to a slow footed one dimensional center that needs to be spoon fed by guards in order to score.

   AD was the best big man in the league after the 2020 championship. It’s all gone downhill since then.

I remember when pau would come out of the paint and not be aggressive and just be a non factor and Kobe would yell at him to get his ass in the post and stop coming out. Remember black swan. AD has the pau mentality but AD way better than pau ever was at his best. I don’t know what the fuck our coaches do and not even get him shots while he goes scoreless for halves. 14. I’ve been saying this about AD and somehow nothing ever seems to be enough to prove to people that he is NOT the player we need him to be, and that we KNOW he could be. We’ve SEEN it. We’re not asking him to do anything we haven’t already SEEN him do.

    Not being able to do more against Joel Embiid just shows his lack of fight, lack of confidence, and that he doesn’t care. I don’t know why. But he doesn’t.

    The defensive skills are not enough. We need another scorer. Who the hell else is it going to be? This roster is built around HIM being the second scorer. He’s a big man, he could score LOTS of ways. He should be posting up and attacking the rim. I cannot for the life of me understand why he won’t, and why the Lakers won’t consistently feed him the ball when he does.

    It’s not good enough. Period. End of story.

15. I said this in another post. Time to face the facts. Ad cant be relied on offensively. Great defense. Focus on that ad. But offensively, we need another elite scorer
