  1. From the [linked article](https://www.sharpfootballanalysis.com/analysis/remaining-strength-of-schedule-nfl-rest-of-season-2023/):

Based on team efficiency this season, the Cleveland Browns have the #11 easiest strength of schedule for the remainder of the 2023 NFL season.

The Browns have played a brutal schedule to date, like the Steelers, playing the NFL’s #3 toughest schedule so far this year.

The good news is they will face the NFL’s #11 easiest schedule for the rest of the season, which represents the #2 easiest shift from past to future. Cleveland will face the #4 easiest schedule in the AFC moving forward.

The bad news is the Browns are now down to starting Joe Flacco at QB. Additionally, the two other teams sitting at 6-5, closely battling for the final AFC playoff seeds, both face easier schedules than the Browns to close the year (Colts #7 easiest, Texans #5 easiest).

  2. I think we get to 10 wins and a wildcard spot. The big problem is just how impactful these injuries are this year. I know we complain on play calling and losing winnable games, but its not easy to be on your 4th starting QB, losing your 1A RB, losing a few key Oline guys, and your best corner for a few games.

This season could be looked back at as a disappointment due to how good the defense started and the potential we missed out on, but injuries are the real story. I think the Chubb injury alone cost us 2 wins in our total this year. That alone is a big difference in how the year would look at the end.

  3. The fact that the Jets and Texans are both rated as easier schedules, and they both play us, does not comfort me.

  4. We’re playing a bunch of hot teams though. Rams got Kyren back and our run D was exposed, Jag are one of the hotter teams in the league right now, Jets have one of the better defences in the league, Houston will play us tough. I think the luckiest part is that we play 3 of 6 at home and we’re pretty lights out at home. Just need the fans to stay live!

  5. the problem is, all the teams the browns will be competing with are right around the same schedule, texans, steelers, jags, broncos, dolphins all basically the same or easier….

  6. It’s strange that we are looking at that licking our chops while those teams are looking at us on their schedule w all our injuries and also licking their chops.
