2. We have been screwed in back-to-back drafts getting worse draft positioning than if it had been regular season positioning. Angels Baseball ladies and gentlemen.

3. Second year in a row we’ve been moved down in the draft order. Screw the lottery (until it eventually yields us a higher draft pick, at which point it will be based and very cool)

9. Lottery is dumb and doesn’t protect against tanking. Do reverse order for non-playoff teams. Reward teams for trying to win and falling short. The incentive to be good is good for the game. Chronically bad franchises are already chronically bad.
