The recent trade idea from [BR](https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10099815-realistic-trades-for-bulls-warriors-and-the-nbas-biggest-disappointments) that’s been floating around in which LaVine is traded to TOR is the best one yet and something AKME ought to really think about. Here’s the trade:
CHI get: Chris Boucher, Gary Trent, Precious Achiuwa, Gradey Dick, and two 1sts (one in 2026 and the other in 2028, both would be top-8 protected and both would turn into two 2nds each if they don’t convey)
TOR get: Zach LaVine and Terry Taylor
CHI ends up looking like this:
White / Dosunmu / Carter / Ball
Caruso / Trent / Dick / Bitim
DeRozan / Williams / Terry / Phillips
Boucher / Achiuwa / Craig / Lewis
Vucevic / Drummond / Sanogo

After watching Gradey Dick play NBA ball, I’ll pass. It’s early days for him but I want something more solid if I have to trade away Zach for it.
The three other guys aren’t good enough nor do I see them being part of our future to justify having those protections on both picks
We would have to get rid of 4 players
thats way too good. doubt masai is that dumb.
take out precious/grady and fit in thad for filler and thats more reasonable. Two picks is probably the best thing you could maybe hope for i could see a lot of teams offering less than that given new cba. The money he’s making is just crazy for what he produces.
If this trade got done without the picks (which is probably realistic) I’d still be happy.
Why would Toronto do this?
Trent should start next to Coby. Trade Demar too
