This didn’t break a ton of ground but for a dude who is just coming off the field and moving into the role of being in charge of all of player development – he comes across very knowledgeable and ready to go.
Thanks for sharing. I’m excited to have some consistency in the role. Green seemed like an out of the box hire, so hopefully he does well and can stick.
