#Its clear to me… how the rest of this season goes is about Kuminga.
You can spin it alot of ways… and don’t get me wrong its always about Steph. But if Kerr doesn’t give Kuminga’s potential the air to breathe to allow him to (brace yourself Steve) take substantial minutes from vets who are less impactful while improving in a new role and bring allowed to play through the same mistakes that Klay is.
If Kuminga isn’t trusted to improve in the organization. Trade him and get a number two. You got one guy who is unwilling and one guy who is unable currently. The only player on this team with the potential to be a high level number two option is Kuminga. Unfortunately he’s been told for three years that WILL NEVER be his role and not developed in that direction.
He needs to make the leap and be given the opportunity EVERY NIGHT… it’s been so little opportunity that Kuminga has never played 30 minutes in consecutive games his entire career. Podz already did that in his first 20 games lol.
Kerr has this strange and terrible habit of coaching to what he wants to happen not coaching the actual scenerio game to game. He got a decade outta this group. It’s time to change things up and give this season a chance. Alot goes for Moody two but he is a different type player we have a little bit more of. Kuminga is the outlier.
The league has improved and adapted and the Warriors and Kerr wanna hold on to yesteryear. If we wanna improve enough to get outta play-in range. Kuminga is the key.
Hopefully we get a solid showing and a W in OKC tonight.

I hope the team doesn’t galaxy-brain this shit vs OKC. Kuminga has done well almost every single damn time against OKC since his rookie year. He’s also the best defender we have against SGA
