You could of been the head of the Wilpon’s Mets Analytics Department.
What an infield
Appears you had a very high opinion of how Armando Benitez could swing a bat.

Rey probably appreciated the upgrade in his hitting assessment.
Probably my favorite Mets lineup ever. Yes, even over the 86 team
In what manner was your consciousness altered when you upgraded Ordonez to “ok” as a batter? His highest OPS+ with the Mets was 68! I’m pretty sure he was literally the worst-hitting starting player in the majors for the entire time he was on the team.
My favorite Mets era. Thanks for posting! Remember the Olerud on base streak?! The “best defensive infield ever” period?! Piazza crushing homers?! Ventura and Alonzo getting big hits and making big plays?! Man Shea was rockin in those days
Man, the Mets had such a great feilding team that year.
You were right about Rey Ordonez the first time
Oh man that’s a nostalgia bomb
People are gonna mock your Rey Rey offensive rating, but he once held the Mets record for RBI by a shortstop in a single season.
What do you have against Butch Huskey?
He was always an underrated Met imo
Biased much? Haha, I would’ve probably rated them all the same back then. You probably changed ordonez from bad to ok because he just hit his 1 hr for the year
Rey ordonez getting an “ok” at batting is being generous lol
