Been a long time Canucks fan but when they lost in the finals I lost interest in hockey and stopped following it for long while but I’ve recently been getting back into it ( call me a casual idc ) but I’m just wondering what happened to the green men?

They grew up
They retired.
They had a time and a place but their schtick got old, especially when we stopped winning.
They flew back to their home planet
Just kind of ran its course. It was funny for a while but then got a bit stale

The tall one had three boys quinn jack and Luke
After 2011 they turned blue… 😰
It’s been over a decade. They grew up and moved on with their lives.
It eventually got boring, especially when we were no longer doing well
I think one of them worked for Sportsnet for awhile. I seem to remember him being a producer or something on 650.

Got fat, couldn’t fit in the suit anymore
Green man got pushed out as Fin seems to have a stranglehold on the local mascot scene. He big timed Green man which started a fight and although it wasn’t a hate crime some locals jumped in and hammered Green man…
As others said it got stale, they started reaching with all of the accessories and stuff too. I think if we go on a playoff run or something it’d be fun to see them back, though.
They had a big announcement press conference of their retirement in the first Benning/WillieD season. We had just missed the playoffs for the first time since Nonis was GM, and they kinda figured that the window for us being a Force (pun intended) to be reckoned with, so suddenly heckling players in the penalty box probably wasn’t as much fun for us anymore.
I liked what they brought, but I’m happy to say that time is over and they now just get to live in the lexicon of our team’s history.
I feel like they got brought back into a couple of EA Chel games too.
Playoffs with these guys was peak enjoyment
All I know is they’re missed at games. Good dudes. 😏👍🏼
Those tickets are probably 300x more expensive now

Force and Sully had a great 5 year run as Canucks superfans. It was great during the Cup run but it got less funny when the Canucks weren’t winning so they didn’t overstay their welcome.
Would love to see the Canucks honor this great part of Canucks and really NHL history by making their seats at the arena green.
