Help Timi

The laptop that Timi has used to make thousands of Celtics’ highlight videos is on its last legs. Please contribute to the GoFundMe to replace it, if you’re able.

  1. Edit: I am not Timi, just sharing the fundraiser. He’s a Celtics legend.

    From the man himself:

    Hello guys, it’s Timi here!

The guy from Poland who makes Boston Celtics highlights on YouTube and Twitter. The one who once got LeBron James’ triple-double taken away. The very same who a lot of you have supported in many ways throughout the years (e.g. on my Patreon), and still are supporting which I can’t thank you guys enough.

I’ve never done GoFundMe before, but I think it’s time. I asked my friend Ryan to set this up, because I am not able to do it myself as I am located in Poland. Anyway, I thought really long about this, and here are some reasons that finally pushed me to it.

    1) More and more people have approached me with an idea of setting up a fundraiser, and while I was not sure about it in the beginning, now I am thinking: why not? If there are people in this great community who want to help me and my work go to the next level, here’s how I can get them a platform to do it.

    2) This has been a tough year for me health-wise as I was battling cancer. I feel healthy now, and my latest scan from a few months ago showed no signs of cancerous activity (I will get a new update from my November’s scanning at the beginning of new year), but the whole journey was and still is pretty challenging for me, financially as well.

    3) I have been using my old laptop since February 2017, and I have made thousands of Celtics videos on it, but with time it got buggy and unreliable, and lately it’s almost unbearable to work on. I want to upgrade my gear to be able to produce more quality content, but at this moment I really can’t afford to buy a laptop myself so here’s where I could really use help from the community.

Thank you all for the support, and go Celtics!

  2. I love the highlights he makes but come on, dude does not need $1800 to buy a laptop capable of making basketball highlights
