The division they’re in isn’t as big of a problem as the meddlesome dumbass who owns the team. Just sayin’.
When maps like this show up, it always makes me realize how much bugger of a fan base the rockies could have if they could field a good team for a stretch of years. Sure all that space outside of colorado’s big cities has a pretty low population, but the rockies are the closest MLB team to a large chunk of the country. Area-wise at least. Could you imagine the draw this team could have if it were to win a couple world series within a few years of each other?
