Looking forward to Thursday night’s game. We got a Washington team who has a new head coach fresh from their AHL affiliate, Hershey Bears. Like us, they have a lot of young talent. Difference there is Oshie and Ovechkin are the veterans carving the way for the youngsters. We don’t have that. We have incredible young talent without the proper transition. John and Jarmo knew that coming into this season. Yet, in the off-season there were no credible moves to bring in a proven, seasoned, and VOCAL leader to lead the charge. Scouting and recruiting only go as far as the built-in supports allow. The Jackets have none of that. Disorganized chaos is the result. Don’t even get me started with this goalie situation. What a mess. Figure it out fast, John, Jarmo.
