i live in Palm Beach County. is there a way i can get the card just to get it
You can try this but I’m not sure they will allow it. But try. Go to the nearest BCL branch. Tell them you don’t live here but you would like an e-card. Ask them if they will give you an actual card for the e-card a n d ask if it could be a panthers card.
