The Detroit #Lions could be the first offense ever to produce two 1k-yard rushers and two 1k-yard receivers.. What needs to happen..
December 20, 2023
– Sam LaPorta: 80 yards a game (242 short from 1k) – Jahmyr Gibbs: 69 yards a game (208 more) – David Montgomery: 48 yards a game (145 more)

Laporta probably doesn’t get there, but it would be incredible if it happens. Never forget Ben Johnson kicks kittens.
Gibbs and Monty will be easy over 3 games. LaPorta may be tough but do-able for sure.
Sam LaPorta plays like he did when we played NO I think he can eclipse it in fact i feel he’s going to be a big offensive factor come this Sunday
Who cares. Just win on Sunday.
If Gibbs and D-Mo get to 1k I’m pretty sure they’d be the first team to ever have two 1k rushers and a 1k receiver (Sun God already has 1k)
That would be an incredible cherry on top for the end of the regular season and is certainly doable. All three are capable of big games and I don’t see them stopping. Hopefully, it gives them some extra motivation to continue balling out.
I hope they all miss it because we’re giving them limited reps for the final game due to us having the division and the best possible seed wrapped up.
I talked a lot of shit on BJ after the Bears gameplan but he made me eat shit Saturday when he literally adjusted everything.
I think LaPorta has a big game this week. MCDC loves to feed guys that are playing their former teams as a way of sticking it to that team. LaPorta replaced Hock and Hock made that dumb comment about winning. MCDC is going to make sure Hock walks away knowing we upgraded at the TE position.
With how Laporta has been playing he’s gonna get there this weekend
All the attention on st brown opens up LaPorta.
I think our rbs get there for sure. Dallas rush defense is not very good. Minnesota will take away our best player which most will argue is St. Brown.
There is a four oh 1ks joke in there somewhere.
That would be an incredible achievement.
Really hope Laporta gets the rookie receptions record too 🙌
That is insane, especially when one of the receivers is a TE.
So Amon had the best rookie WR season in Lions history LaPorta is having the best rookie TE season in Lions history Gibbs is having the third best RB season in rookie history Goff leads the league in yards
Wow
That SLP one will happen only if he have a game like NO. So depending if Minnesota suck at guarding TE’s it’ll happen
My dumb brain on reading this: “Jamo’s gonna need to ball out the last three games to get there…”
