  1. Let Jalen be Jalen. Not every player is an outgoing vocal leader. Starting QBs don’t get the job because of leadership ability, yet they’re all expected to be great leaders anyway. We have plenty of vocal veterans who should be helping us keep up morale through this rough patch; it doesn’t have to be our introverted QB who’s recovering from the flu.

  2. I have wondered if the sitting stoicly by himself bit would get old with players when they were getting their asses beat.

  3. Fuck stories like this that are designed to divide a locker room..

It’s understandable to be critical of Jalen’s play during this tough stretch, but questioning his leadership is pathetic.

  4. “There is some internal concern” aka the night shift janitor wishes Jalen was more verbal on the sidelines. Don’t buy into this garbage

  5. Alshon leak 2.0? Someone up to some funny business in that locker room/organization. Idfk why or for what, but shit is real weird.

  6. I’m going to call bullshit that it’s anyone important tbh. “some internal concern” “Eagles organization wants”, it’s a masterclass of being vague. The players have openly praised Jalen’s leadership style since he was a Rookie, and it’s not like he’s any different as a person now.

  7. If he was more outgoing/emotional they would say he’s immature and not focused. You can’t do anything right especially when you’re on a losing streak, the media will find things to criticize no matter what

  8. As much as I like him now, being a big #LTBB Carson guy, it is funny seeing this after the narrative with him replacing Carson was “big baby Carson vs the epitome of a leader Jalen.” Winning and losing determine how people view things.

  9. You know, we hear about leadership all the time and everyone expects the QB of a team to be a leader. Some people are good at their jobs but just not cut out for leadership. The best leader on this team is Jason Kelce. He demonstrated that in a mummers suit after Super Bowl 52.

  10. And now we get to hear from dozens of guys on Reddit who’ve never set foot in a NFL locker room tell what what a “real NFL leader” should look like

  11. It’s Jeff McLane. He knows absolutely nothing about anything. The Eagles as an organization hate McLane.

  12. jesus fucking christ it’s already happening

why is it that every time this organization gets the slightest bit of success it becomes a massive fucking clown show

  13. this is very marginal criticism that people will screech fake news at because they dont like it lol. Hurts is also only 25 on a team full of vets including some that won a super bowl its not easy.

  14. This is bullshit. Look at the guys win/loss record and track record for being a great leader. I can’t stand this team and fan base sometimes.

  15. Jalen addressed this after the bills loss and said he needed to be more vocal in firing up the troops.

  16. Not another Carson wentz situation. Why can’t we just get/better coaches to support the great qbs we have🤦‍♂️

  17. Getting to the championship last year wasn’t enough, now you want him to talk to?? I thought this was America
