  1. > The Hornets are headed for an eighth straight season in the lottery, and there’s a strong belief that changes will be coming to Charlotte’s front office by next season at the latest, according to NBA executives across the league who spoke with HoopsHype.

    > Peterson and Schlenk have ties to Hornets co-chairman and governor Rick Schnall from their time together in Atlanta, where Schnall was a minority owner of the Hawks and an alternate governor on the NBA Board of Governors since 2015.

  2. How dumb would it be to look at the state of the Wizards roster and say “thanks, but no thanks?” Don’t know anything about the guy, but it’s not like they’ve got too many ringers to keep, right?

  3. This org needs fresh blood badly. Letting Mitch hang around in another role would be a disaster. Everyone has to go. Especially anyone with the last name Jordan.

  4. Seeing Travis Schlenk’s name is depressing. He failed to build a competent team in Atlanta, and is now partially responsible for this years Wizards. His familiarity with the owner shouldn’t factor in if we’re turning the corner on MJ as owner.

Idk anything about the Peterson guy outside of the article I just read about him, but at least he’s young, fresh blood that seems well respected around the league.
