Funny enough, the Rams game didn’t matter much in the scheme of things for the Saints to make the playoffs except for a wild card. The next two games against the Bucs and Falcons are for the division. Win both of those and the Saints should host a playoff game.
So you know we’re going to lose in Tampa.
Every year recently, right about this time, the talking points become; if X loses to Y and Z wins against W, *and* the Saints win X-amount they make the playoffs. That’s how you know you’re not good. When you’ve pissed away winnable games against bad teams and need to hope and pray some teams lose and then you got a chance, it’s bullshit and you don’t deserve to be in the playoffs anyway.
Win your games and this isn’t an issue. Beat your shitty division rivals, this isn’t an issue.
Anyone even contemplating anything changes with Dennis Allen steering this ship next year is delusional. 22-46 record says it all.
Put another way: Last night effectively eliminated us from being the 7th seed, now the only way is to win the division
I just want it to be over with. I’m tired of being blue balls’d by this team
I think I’d rather the higher draft pick
I’m hoping it’s 100% chance we lose out and get Nabers or Bowers or sumn
