  1. I’d like to thank the Cincinnati Bengals for being our first and second get-right game of the season.

  2. Mason played better this game than pickett has played in any game of his career. Mason is much better than mitch and pickett. He dosen’t shrivel under pressure, he dosen’t check the ball down nonstop, and he dosen’t shrivel in the redzone.

  3. I’m not gonna lie, this game should be the reason TJ wins DPOY. This might’ve been the most panicked I’ve ever seen a QB by the sheer presence of a single pass rusher in a long time. And that’s saying something from what we’ve seen over his career.

  4. If nothing else, taking a giant shit in the Bungles’ Christmas stocking is always satisfying.

  5. Good:

    – Mason- what a career it has been for Rudolph. It’s only fitting that on Christmas Eve Eve he balled out. Great reads and poise; sure his accuracy was spotty but he came to play tonight. I’m happy for the guy. It’s been a hell of a ride for him and to hear the crowd give him some love was awesome

    – George- after a rough week for George, he responded. Just an absolute acrobat and play maker. Monster game for 14

    – Najee / Warren- yet again the RB’s make this list. Najee ran hard today, Warren is always explosive. But more than the runs, the blitz pickups and that block by Warren on the Austin TD is remarkable stuff there. Really know how to help the team.

    – Boz- praise be

    – Tomlin- I can’t believe it but the man was aggressive. Foot on the pedal all day long and it was such a good change of pace to see. And I tell you what… it worked. Team looked calm and ready today and you gotta give him that credit after tearing him down for two weeks straight. Won 2 challenges- the dude had a master class today

    – TJ- DPOY

    – Highsmith- sack… pick…. What a performance

    – Myles Jack- honestly a really good game. He looked really smooth and effective. Happy for the big fella

    Bad:

    – Tackling- I understand our linebackers and safeties are just battered down, but tackling across the board seemed poor. Too much YAC which has been a season long issue and it wasn’t much better today.

    – Broderick- pass pro looked like it was struggling this game. These things can be tough to catch live but he didn’t look too great out there in pass pro today.

Hurt team. Counted out by everybody. Chips stacked against them in every way. Season on the line. Backs against the wall. We dey motherfuckers

  6. Pickens and Rudolph have shown they are far better than they are given credit for.

Showed lots of people just approach things from biased, emotional pov instead of evaluating what is actually happening on field.

They still need to improve, for sure. But they should also be given the chance to show so.

  7. No way you start Kenny next week. You say his ankle isn’t 100% and you use him as QB2. Mason had a better game tonight than he has ever had. It has to be Mason

  8. Rudolph straight flexed on Mitch and Kenny. THAT is my QB1 regardless of if they decide to start Kenny next week or not.

  9. Tampa Bay will miss a 28 yard field goal to knock the 9-8 Steelers out of the playoffs. As is tradition.

Always good the play the spoiler!

I’ve talked my fair share of shit about Tomlin these last few weeks, but they came to play tonight!

  11. Mason seemed sad in his post game. Probably so bittersweet for him after being in the background for a long time

  12. I hope this means we never have to watch Mitch Trubisky play football in a Steelers uniform ever again.

  13. I’m sorry, but if Pickett is anything less than 100% going into next week, you have to play Rudolph. The offense hasn’t looked this “on” since the pre-season, have to see if he can keep it going

  14. Feels like a good time to remind everyone that Myles Garrett lied about Mason Rudolph calling him a racial slur to try to get out of an assault with an aggravated weapon charge.

Edit: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
