From what I could tell, Reddick approached Nick on the sideline and Nick started yelling “quit your bitching” at him. Someone tried calming him down before Devonta started doing the same thing, I could tell he was trying to tell Nick to stop getting in his emotions. Anyway, that’s what I could tell was going on.
There’s a thin line between being passionate and talking over your players because you have the power. I’m pulling for Nick to stay humble & grounded.

The shit about him being a terrible offensive head coach without even giving him the opportunity to revamp the offense in the off season with a new offensive staff is insane to me. He’s surely earned one more season to show what he can do. I know people like to pretend he had nothing to do with the best eagles offense of all time last year, but you can’t saddle him with all the blame of this years offensive failures and not give him any credit for last year. Having a great oc in steichen doesn’t mean sirianni didn’t have his fingerprints all over an extremely explosive and efficient offense.
Clearly the offense is predictable and they didn’t do enough work on changing shit over the off season, but it’s also pretty clear Brian Johnson and him are not an effective meshing of the minds. Is what it is, season isn’t over and nick has repeatedly shown that he can win, win a lot, and has been a good head coach for the vast majority of his tenure. If he blows next year than you move on.

There are like 4 or 5 different people (from both offense and defense) saying something to Nick (questioning his decision making), and he looks a little fired up responding to them.
