What’s up Bird Gang?

If nothing else, Nick knows to pander to us. Quote from WIP today.

  1. He said this first to be fair

    >“As much as I love Jonathan Gannon,” Sirianni said. “Because I do – I hired him to be the defensive coordinator, we had so many special moments within the past two years, and my sentiment towards Jonathan Gannon is not the same of what I hear the city’s sentiment is. I love him, and I’m always rooting for him except for obviously this week”

  2. 2022 eagles would blow out an opponent like this. 2023 eagles are gonna struggle and eek out a win in the 11th hour against an inferior opponent.

  3. Fuck Gannon. Terrible defensive scheme where literally any QB who can go process their reads destroyed us for two years. Feasted on a unbelievably easy schedule of QBs though..but the complete lack of adjustments got our defense, which had talent everywhere, decimated in the Superbowl.

But that’s whatever though, some people are awful at their jobs. But Gannon’s little stunt as he left literally cost us one of the better, proven DCs in the league in Fangio WHO LITERALLY SAID HE WAS WAITING FOR US 🥲 Could’ve avoided this nightmare we’ve had in our DC position if not for that bullshit

  4. >I think he’s a good man. I like him. I got nothin against him, but I’m definitely gonna make orphans of his children.

    >>Uh, y’know they do have a mother?

    >Yes, but I imagine that she would die of grief.

  5. I feel like we should get one of AZ’s first round picks this year on top of the 3rd we got last year for the Cardinals tampering…

  6. Someone else (a few people) have already mentioned it…but I just want our defense to get some consistent turnovers.

A miracle scoop-and-score by Carter can’t be the main way we are doing damage on the defensive front.

Honestly, I’ve had faith in Ringo for a long time since constantly drafting him in Madden from ’22/’23 but also because I believe that he was highly touted for a reason back in college, while people criticize a player for tons of reasons to bring them down in general. Give Ringo more starting reps and I think he definitely becomes a key piece…honestly same with Sydney Brown.

These young players can’t learn where they’re lacking or need to improve without getting on the field and seeing someone take advantage of that. Then the talent is them improving on that side of their game and coming back out stronger…Ringo seems to have been getting better the more he plays.
