Both Al and KP playing front end of b2b?
We think KP plays both?
I don’t care who plays, PROTECT HOME COURT. We are not finna let the 2-27 pistons walk into the garden and hand us our first home loss, no WAY!
I’m very down to rest a couple guys, we just have to make sure we pick the right ones to rest
I mean we shouldn’t need the Jays to beat the Pistons but this game about to be playoff level stressful
Resting the Jays would probably make everyone playing even more pumped up. Both sides lol
First of a back to back, I’m fine if we let the B squad cook. Just keep White or Holiday on the floor at all times as a stabilizing force.

Porzingis, Holliday and White should be more than enough to win this game.
Rest the Jays. JB looked to be in pain the rest of the game after that flying knee. JT tweaked that ankle 2-3 times the past week. Play it safe, it’s the Pistons. Shit I’d even play it safe with KP after he landed on a foot and tweaked his last week too.
I’d love to see them rest both of them tbh
If there’s one criticism I have of Joe this year it’s been the tendency to ride the core a little too hard during blowouts. They’re still getting their days off in but I cringe every time I see JB/JT/KP out there in the fourth quarters of blowouts.
You look at what Philly is doing with Embiid, there’s been plenty of games where he’s done by the 4th. We’ve had plenty of blowouts where that would be appropriate for at least one of these guys.

Weirdly, I’d be way more confident with the hospital Celtics vs. the Pistons. The bench guys would be playing with fire, and even our 3-8 are better than Detroit’s 1-5 by a fair margin.
Like the only way I can see them losing is if both the Jays are having bad nights and the time it takes to recognize that and try to get other guys going somehow ends up being enough for the Pistons to pull off a late rally with a couple lucky breaks to steal it.
White, Holiday, Porzingis and Al should be enough to win against the pistons
The thing is detroit has no defense at all and no rebounding. The one thing they do have is points in the paint. That being said, for such a shitty team I wouldn’t mind if the Jays don’t play. I also would not mind if Payton doesn’t play.
We just need Jrue to defend Cade and KP to cook. Sam gotta knock down his shots and the rest will take care of itself.

I’ve been saying it since Monday, let the bench and deep bench play against the pistons. Rest our top 6 and let everyone else show why we they deserve more mins or in some of their cases playing time period. If we loose oh well it’s one game against a team that desperately need a win.
