I do think it’s important to remember that Joe Barry is a person, and seems like a good dude. I don’t think anyone could accuse him of purposely doing poorly, he wants to be successful.
But I don’t want him to be on the staff any longer. He clearly is out of his depth as a coordinator. Maybe he’s a good position coach and he should do that for another franchise.
