The current consecutive-games leader is Matt Olson, whose streak of 458 goes back to early 2021. To pass Cal Ripken he will need to play until 2037, when he is 43.
JP looks exactly the same to this day
He would win the steal category and lose the ops category for you ..
Am I stupid? What does this mean?
Plenty of players have played 162 games in a season since 04. Or are they saying that sometime in those seasons, the player was pulled/subbed before the game ended?
I wonder if anyone’s ever just finished all 162.
Years back when JP was on the Dodgers, saw him at Roscoe’s chicken and waffles in Hollywood after a game. The guy is absolutely jacked. Cool dude.
*”I used to run the base like…”*
Juan For Four Pierre!
He’ll always be loved by Marlins fans. Fastest man alive with the smallest head. We ready still in 2024
How every FA my team signs should be
Paid more than ever to work less than ever. I am jealous.
Could have found a Florida Marlins pic instead of a Miami Marlins pic. Being nitpicky, but it’s just funny since the post specifically mentions 2004 and the picture is specifically from a decade later (also see flair 🙃)
Maldonado fucked this up by getting Semien thrown out of a game
anthony rendon is gonna be the next player to accomplish this … in 2024.
