Warren’s Message Got Through

George listened.

  1. Did you notice the announcers fawning all over one of the Seattle’s WRs (DK probably) on the next drive? No mention back to George on the topic.

  2. You don’t have to worry about George when things are going well and he’s getting the ball. It’s when things are going poorly and maybe he’s not getting the touches he wants.

  3. On that play I yelled to my family: “look at George out front blocking”, it was very satisfying to see him back in the fray of things. WTG Dawg!

  4. I’ll preface this with: it’s nice to see George giving effort off the ball.

Now go watch the whole play. He takes like 5ish steps almost all walking into his route. I honestly think he didn’t even know the run was coming his way at the beginning. His “block” can barely be called that. Luckily the CB gave up on the play too.

Sorry to be negative, but Pickens is still just skating by. As long as we win he will try harder to fake it.

  5. The offense just looks like more of a cohesive unit over the past two weeks. Guys are playing for each other more.

  6. I think its more to do with the fact hes been absolutely cooking these past 2 weeks so hes been very happy. Happy George = Savage George 😈

  7. I feel like George is the type of dude that needs a villain. He needs to have someone or something to hate to drive him to succeed. Be it silencing the media, or an opposing player that chirped (Devin bush) he’s the type of dude that’s always chasing that lick back.

  8. To everyone saying that GP just did it because he’s happy they’re playing harder… that could be true, but you better hope it isn’t.

Warren’s been playing on this same offense this whole season and never once had a public tantrum.

Hopefully his attitude is spreading and not the diva WR attitude.

  9. Hell yeah! Made me jump up and get excited, more people need to as well, we take so much time shitting on every little mistake yet we only are thankful for maybe 2 mins of highlights for a seasons worth of work and dedication. Proud to see what seems to be character development from Pickens and will always be proud of warren for literally everything that man does, a true Steeler and leader I really really don’t want to lose.

  10. Bro, y’all really thought this man was gonna be the next AB.

As a UGA fan, I wasn’t worried one damn bit. He didn’t like to block his freshman year either. Kirby got into him, and from his Sophomore year on, the man was a beast at blocking.

Sometimes, people just need a refresher.
