I am slightly concerned about Tatum’s 3-point shooting so I wanted to see if he there is any pattern. Sure enough, he kind of stinks in games played Monday-Friday but absolutely kills it in weekends. I don’t have access to high level stats and if one of you guys do, would you please find out why? Is he taking more catch and shoots and less step backs? Is there any other pattern like longer rest. It’s insane how his shooting goes from around 33% to nearly 47% on Saturdays and Sundays.

I posted a thing about this on a game thread while back, essentially he’s shooting a percent or two lower than last season from behind the arch , which in the grand scheme isn’t that bad. (Think 2% is only 2 less shots per hundred. But he always gets hot in the post season when we need it. Nothing to fear, still averaging 26 points per game. The guy who posted about back to backs has a good point.
I also saw a tweet that showed our record on different days of the week and our worst day so far this season is Mondays where we’re 3-3. Guess Mondays suck for everyone

It’s because the majority of our weekend games are nationally telivised this year.
What about those of us who watch them on league pass on Mondays?
Are these stats from this season? Could just be a small sample size boosted by a couple of good shooting Saturdays and Sundays.
So we not counting Friday night as part of the weekend?
